2. In the small window, at the bottom, click on "Need to set up an account?"

3. Enter your Name, Phone Number, Email Address, and Property Address.

    (Submit Physical Property Address, NOT Mailing Address)

4. Once Completed, Click the "Request Access" Button athe bottom of the screen.

5. You will recieve an email or text for verification.

6. Once verified, you will be able to create your username and password to access the portal.

7. The system will send us an e-mail for verification purposes, once we have verified your account, you will be able to access your portal using the username and password you created.

8. If you wish to download the AppFolio Online Portal App from The Apple Store or Google Play, you may do so after you create your account via the web browser.
