Located just a few minutes from I-85, Strathmore is a beautiful community of single family homes, located just off ofShaw Road, and Major Road. The subdivision runs along Little Creek, and contains the Strathmore Nature Trail. The area is beautifully wooded, and is very close to the Canongate 1 Golf Club.




Strathmore Nature Trail Vote

Neighbors,

We would like to take this opportunity to tally a formal vote for the future of the nature trail. As it stands now, because of the structural condition and legal issues surrounding the trail, we must remove the bridge and rebuild it in a new location or remove the bridge and not rebuild. A rebuild requires design, engineering, permitting and proper construction to protect the neighborhood against liability or future legal action.

VoteWe would have to set aside funds over several years as we do not have the funds to do this now. Total cost would be in the vicinity of $55,000. This is an average of the estimates we received.

Keep in mind, if we decide not to rebuild, we have been advised by our legal counsel that we will still have to remove the bridge for liability purposes. That would likely happen in CY 2023.

4. Once Completed, Click the "Request Access" Button athe bottom of the screen.

5. You will recieve an email or text for verification.

6. Once verified, you will be able to create your username and password to access the portal.

7. The system will send us an e-mail for verification purposes, once we have verified your account, you will be able to access your portal using the username and password you created.

8. If you wish to download the AppFolio Online Portal App from The Apple Store or Google Play, you may do so after you create your account via the web browser.
