We are a small, independent team of professionals, with close to 30 years of experience in property management in the greater Atlanta area. We hold Georgia Real Estate Brokers, Sales and Community Association Management (CAM) licenses.

Our Management Team has over 40 years of cumulative experience in property management. Our History

Mary Carroll, Marquis Management's President, started in in the business as a Board member in a condominium association in the 1970's. Later, she joined well-known Selig Enterprises, and Draper & Kramer, a national management company to assist them with their properties. After several years, Mary left her board position, and began offering services for home communities. As time passed and word-of-mouth spread, the business grew, due to the fact that personal service has been our main objective.



Marquis Management, Inc. begins managing properties in the greater Atlanta area.



Ten years later, we've grown the business, and now manage properties in a 120-mile radius around the town. Our reputation of provided great customer service, and allows us to grow the business, mainly through referrals.



Marquis Management Inc. revamps our branding, creating a new logo, and new, more usable website to help our clients and their residents get the information they need in a timely manner.



Marquis Management Inc. adds additional properties while providing great support for our existing portfolio. We've embraced the changes that need to occur to provide management during the COVID-19 pandemic, by offering virtual board meetings in lieu of in-person meetings.



Marquis Management Inc. partnered with appfolio, producing a new and improved way to pay HOA dues online. While a few properties wished to stay with Paypal, most properties were happy to embrace the convenience of the new app. We continue to look for new ways to enhance user experience.
